Yes. We can customize Maitredee360 as per your requirements on nominal hourly rate or fixed cost based on overall custom requirements.

At this time, Maitredee360 interface is only available in English, but Maitredee360 does allow UTF-8 character set so; you can enter contents in many languages including Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Chinese.

Yes, on purchase of the software, one of our business analysts will conduct a guided walkthrough of the whole application using GoToMeeting web conferencing session for your team to get acquainted with the system and workflow of the application.

We provide 3 months free warranty once the application is purchased. After the warranty period is over, we provide maintenance services on various modes like yearly contract, on-request basis chargeable at hourly rates etc.
